What we do
Most finance problems are really systems problems: data scattered across spreadsheets, tools that do not talk to each other, and reports rebuilt by hand every month. We fix the plumbing.
Sometimes the answer is Flow, our own cloud ERP built for Nigerian businesses. Sometimes it is configuring what you already have properly, or automating the reporting pipeline between your tools. We recommend what fits, and because we build software ourselves, we know the difference between a demo and a working system.

What is Flow by NBS?
Flow is a cloud ERP we built in-house for Nigerian businesses. It runs revenue, expenses, inventory, invoicing, receivables and bank reconciliation on one ledger, and it exists because we spent years cleaning up records kept in scattered tools.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Yes. If your current stack can do the job, we configure and connect it properly instead of replacing it. The recommendation follows the diagnosis, not the other way round.
Do we actually need an ERP, or are spreadsheets enough?
Spreadsheets are fine until volume, multiple entities or multiple hands make them fragile. We will tell you honestly which side of that line you are on; a spreadsheet done properly is sometimes the right answer.
