Services / CFO as a service
Services
CFO as a service.
The judgement of an experienced CFO, for a fraction of the cost of hiring one. Strategy, board reporting and investor relations, delivered by partners who have held the seat.
What we do
Most growing businesses need CFO-level thinking long before they can justify a CFO-level salary. Our partners have led finance functions in banking and fintech, and we bring that experience to your business on a retained basis, typically a fixed number of days each month.
The work is whatever the seat demands: setting financial strategy, presenting to your board, managing investor and lender relationships, building the budget, and developing your existing finance team so the capability stays in the business.
Engagements flex with you. Some clients need two days a month of oversight; others need an interim CFO through a fundraise or a leadership gap. We agree the shape up front and review it quarterly.

Who this is for
Questions we hear most
What does CFO as a service actually mean?
You get a senior finance leader on a schedule that fits your size: board packs, forecasts, investor conversations and financial strategy, without the cost of a full-time hire. The work is done by partners who have held the seat, backed by our accounting and control teams.
How does the cost compare with hiring a full-time CFO?
A fractional arrangement costs a fraction of a full-time CFO's package, because you pay only for the time you need. As the business grows the arrangement scales with it, and we will tell you when a full-time hire makes more sense.
When is a business ready for this?
Usually when the questions have outgrown the bookkeeping: a board or investors expecting proper reporting, a fundraise on the horizon, or decisions that need forecasts rather than instinct. If you are not ready yet, we will say so.
