Who this is for
Questions we hear most
Which filings does a Nigerian company need to stay on top of?
For most companies: companies income tax, VAT, PAYE for employees and withholding tax, alongside sector levies where they apply. The 2025 tax reform acts, in force since January 2026, changed rates, thresholds and processes in places, so we build each client a compliance calendar under the current rules.
Can you deal with the tax authorities on our behalf?
Yes. We prepare responses to queries, manage audits and desk reviews, and handle correspondence with the Nigeria Revenue Service (formerly FIRS) and the state internal revenue services through to resolution.
How do we know we are not paying more tax than we should?
We review your computations for the reliefs and allowances the law already provides, and we look at tax before transactions happen rather than after. Nothing aggressive; simply the full use of the rules as written.
